Your license to install and use Ledgora.

Effective date: July 1, 2026.

License grant

Subject to this agreement and the edition you use, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Ledgora on compatible Windows devices for personal financial forecasting and planning.

Free Edition

The Free Edition may include usage limits, including limits on accounts, transactions, goals, receipts, imports, reports, local AI, or other features. Limits may change before public release.

Professional Edition

The Professional Edition unlocks additional features through a valid license key or activation record. A license may include a limited number of activations. Specific activation counts, transfer rules, and update eligibility will be shown at purchase or in the license details.

Offline activation

Ledgora is designed to support offline operation. A Professional license may be verified through a signed offline activation record. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure.

Backup copies

You may keep reasonable backup copies of the installer or application files for your own use, provided you do not distribute them publicly or share license credentials.

Restrictions

• Do not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute Ledgora or license keys without written permission.
• Do not bypass, disable, or tamper with licensing, activation, edition limits, or update mechanisms.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify Ledgora except where permitted by law.
• Do not use Ledgora to provide a hosted service to others without permission.

Data ownership

You own the financial data you enter, import, export, or store through Ledgora. You are responsible for backups and for protecting access to your device and files.

Open-source and third-party components

Ledgora may include third-party libraries, frameworks, or tools. Those components remain subject to their own licenses.

Updates and support

Updates and support may vary by edition, license status, and product lifecycle. We may discontinue support for old versions after reasonable notice.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The software is provided as is. Ledgora is a forecasting and planning tool and is not responsible for financial decisions, missed obligations, imported data errors, forecasting inaccuracies, or financial losses.

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using Ledgora and delete unauthorized copies.
