Not currently. Ledgora does not require bank credentials. You can enter information manually or import statement files where supported.
No. The desktop application is designed to store your profile data locally on your computer unless you explicitly export, back up, or share it.
Yes. Ledgora is designed as an offline-first desktop application. Some optional features, such as update checks, downloads, website access, or future license activation services, may require internet access.
Local AI is designed to work on your computer when configured with a local AI provider such as Ollama. If future cloud AI options are added, they will be clearly labeled and opt-in.
No. Ledgora provides planning and forecasting tools only. It is not financial, tax, legal, accounting, investment, credit, or lending advice.
No. Forecasts are estimates based on the information you enter or import. Actual balances can differ because of fees, timing differences, pending transactions, changes in income, or unexpected expenses.
The Free edition is intended for trying Ledgora with limits. Professional is planned as a one-time license that unlocks higher limits and advanced features such as expanded accounts, transactions, receipts, goals, reports, and local AI tools.
The plan is a one-time Professional license rather than a monthly subscription.
Yes. Ledgora includes receipt and invoice organization with support for local files such as PDFs and images.
Ledgora includes PDF reading support for statements and receipts, but PDF formats vary. Imported data should always be reviewed.
Export and backup tools are part of the Ledgora roadmap and application workflow. You should always keep your own backups of important financial data.
Yes. Profiles allow separate local financial workspaces, such as personal, household, or demo profiles.
Ledgora includes local profile protection features. You are still responsible for protecting your Windows account and device.
